நாடு முழுதும், பினாங்கு தென்காசி – கடையநல்லூர் முஸ்லிம் சங்கங்கள் தொடங்கி சிறு சிறு ஜமாத்துக்கள் வரை பல்வேறு பெயர்களில் சிறியதும் பெரியதுமாக பல இயக்கங்கள் உருவெடுத்துவிட்டன. இந்த இயக்கங்களுக்கெல்லாம் ஒரு பாலம் தேவைப்பட்டது. உதிரிகளாகக் கிடக்கும் இந்த முஸ்லிம் அமைப்புகள் அனைத்தையும் ஒரு குடையின் கீழ் கொண்டு வந்தால் தான் ஒரு சக்தியை உருவாக்க முடியும் என சிந்தித்தார்கள் படித்த பட்டதாரிகளையும் வணிக சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களையும் கொண்ட குழுவினர்.
